The La Miraja estate is nestled in an 11th Century castle in the town of Monferrato and tended by seventh generation winemaker Eugenio Gatti. Grignolino is a seed-heavy grape, adding structure to this otherwise fruity varietal. Shows floral notes of rose hip, violet, and geranium. Delicate, bright red fruit dominated by bing cherry mingles with fresh mushroom.
