Sivi Pinot is the Slovenian term for Pinot Gris/Grigio, but here it has been macerated on the skins for 24 hours, which because of their pink pigmention gives the wine a very pale blush. This is a style the Italians call ramato, meaning copper-colored. Shows citrus and melon fruit with a refreshing, crisp finish. Easy to drink and a sure winner for parties.
